25-06-05 Nausea

4pm
Came home about 3pm to a smell I didn’t recognize.

Not particularly strong, but really stale or something… Don’t know how to describe.

Turned on AC and it flooded the apartment.
After about 10 - 15 minutes I felt nauseous.
Turned off AC and went for a walk, nausea cleared.

6pm
Odor increasing, solid throughout apartment. Pervasive.
Odd thing: not stronger under vents. I don’t understand that..

Mild nausea and headache now.
Box fan and air purifier has been on high for hours.
Temperature has dropped a bit, will try the fans with the door open.

7pm
Cleared the air (mostly), apartment hot and muggy, not gonna try AC…
Still some traces, but feel like I can breathe again. Nausea cleared.

8pm
Odor seeping back in.
Heavy stale air.

Feel it burning in my chest, like I’ve been smoking.

11pm
This has not been clearing, it is completely filling apartment.

It is horrible and making me sick.
I feel like I am in an ashtray.
